Blair McKinney brings over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, with a focus on scaling organizations, leading operations, and navigating complex growth environments. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of a blood component donation company, where she helped launch and expand the organization to more than 80 locations across the United States. Her work centers on leadership effectiveness, organizational development, and guiding leaders through the challenges of growth, transition, and strategic change.

Blair is currently focused on organizational development, strategic advising, and leadership coaching. She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership and is certified in professional coaching, both through Teachers College, Columbia University. Drawing on both operational experience and advanced study in human and organizational systems, Blair partners with leaders to strengthen decision-making, align strategy with execution, and generate meaningful impact at both the individual and organizational level.

Lisa McKinney // Co-Founder

Lisa McKinney brings over two decades of experience supporting leaders and organizations across real estate, healthcare, and biotechnology. Her work focuses on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and the human dynamics that shape how individuals and teams navigate growth, complexity, and transition. With a background in psychology and marriage and family therapy, she integrates strategic insight with deep relational understanding, providing executive, emotional, and systems-oriented coaching to leaders in high-stakes environments.

Lisa is dedicated to people-centered, relationally driven, and systems-aware transformation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, and is certified in professional coaching through Teachers College, Columbia University. Her work is grounded in reflective practice, ethical leadership, and a commitment to helping leaders expand their capacity to lead, adapt, and create lasting change.
